Jefferson Transfer Days provide a great opportunity for transfer students interested in transferring to a program* at the Jefferson, East Falls Campus, to learn more about the transfer admissions process, tour campus, and if interested, receive an admissions decision. The program itinerary includes the following:

  • Arrival at 9:45 AM: Office of Admissions
  • Presentation on The Value of a Jefferson Education (20 minutes)
  • Walking tour of campus with a current student (1 hour)
  • Admissions decision meeting or an informational meeting with an Admissions Counselor (20 minutes)
  • Optional lunch


Transfer VIP Package
Students accepted to the Fall 2020 semester and who attend a Transfer Day, will be entered for a drawing to win the Transfer VIP Package (valued at more than $5,000). To be eligible, students must:

  • Attend one Transfer Day
  • Submit an application for admission and all supporting materials for the Fall 2020 semester by June 5, 2020
  • Be accepted to the Fall 2020 semester


The winner of the Transfer VIP Package will be announced on June 16, 2020.

*Transfer students interested in the Nursing, Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences, and Medical Laboratory Sciences Programs should contact the Jefferson Center City office at 215-503-8890 for admission and visit opportunities. The Jefferson, East Falls campus is unable to offer admission to transfer students applying to these programs.

If interested in receiving an admissions decision during your visit, please submit the following application materials:

  • Application Form - Common Application or College Net (Please submit an application form prior to the event)
  • College Transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Personal Essay Prompt: Please provide a statement that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve.
  • One Recommendation (from faculty, employer or academic advisor)
  • High school transcript and SAT or ACT scores, if you have less than 30 college credits or have not taken College Algebra or higher level math
  • International applicants must bring a NACES approved course by course evaluation of university coursework (

Unofficial documents may be used to render a decision. Official transcripts and test scores will be required if admitted.
