Research That Transforms

Philadelphia University has an innovative, practically oriented educational environment where sustainability is a core curricular and operational value. Faculty members and students spearhead advanced research in sustainability across many disciplines.

There are several ambitious individual and group design and research projects that address various architectural, engineering, textile and other topics, all with a focus on sustainability. Additionally, Philadelphia University student portfolios include many innovative projects including furniture from recycled materials, sustainable packaging, community development, upcycled textiles and many other pursuits related to sustainablility.
