Family Day Information

Family Day 2019 Pre-Registration has offically closed as 9/27/19 at 5:00pm. For information about Family Day events and a schedule go to "Event Information" below. NOTE: All Brunch payments are made at the Ravenhill Dining Hall on October 15th. Check-In for all other events is at the main tent from 9am-3pm...this is also where walk-in registration occurs.

Click ONLINE button to be forwarded to our online system to reserve and/or pay for Family Day meals and activities.

Pre-Registration opens Monday, August 26th and ends Friday, September 27th at 5:00pm. After that period only walk-in / day-of registrations will be accepted.

There will be no refunds or cancellations after Monday, September 30th.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets for meals or events will NOT be mailed or provided online. All tickets will be provided when checking-in at the main tent on the Ravenhill Parking Lot the day of the event.

Check-In for all the day’s events will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the main tent on the Ravenhill Campus. Tickets for all food and activities will be distributed at this time. Walk-In registration will also occur here.

Jefferson East Falls Campus is located at:
4201 Henry Avenue (intersection of Henry Ave and School House Ln)

Free parking is available in the Gallagher Center Garage on the East Falls Campus. Shuttle buses will run all day between the East Falls Campus and Ravenhill Campus. Please note: Parking on Ravenhill Campus is very limited due to the festivities.
