Family Day Information

Jefferson University's Family Day 2018 Pre-Registration is closed as of September 28th at 5:00pm. All further registration can be handled the day of the event, as a walk-in, at the Check-In table under the main tent on the Ravenhill campus.

Click ONLINE button to be forwarded to our online system to reserve and/or pay for Family Day meals and activities.

Pre-Registration opens Monday, August 20th and ends Friday, September 28th at 5:00pm. After that period only walk-in / day-of registrations will be accepted.

There will be no refunds or cancellations after Monday, October 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets for meals or events will NOT be mailed or provided online. All tickets will be provided when checking-in at the main tent on the Ravenhill Parking Lot the day of the event.

Any registrations received after the pre-registration deadline will be charged the walk-in price. Walk-in and at-the-door registrations will be on a fi rst-come-fi rst-serve basis.

Check-In for all the day’s events will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the main tent on the Ravenhill Campus. Tickets for all food and activities will be distributed at this time. Walk-In registration will also occur here.

Jefferson East Falls Campus is located at:
4201 Henry Avenue (intersection of Henry Ave and School House Ln)

Free parking is available in the Gallagher Center Garage on the East Falls Campus. Shuttle buses will run all day between the East Falls Campus and Ravenhill Campus. Please note: Parking on Ravenhill Campus is very limited due to the festivities.
