HEALTH SCIENCE STUDENTS are the ONLY Graduate Students who are charged Health Insurance. Annual policy can only be WAIVED in the Fall. WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED by September 21, 2018.

*International students and graduate students in health sciences programs within the College of Science, Health and the Liberal Arts are required to have health insurance coverage. The policy will be billed automatically for these students. Graduate students interested in purchasing health insurance need to be enrolled for at least 3 credits. Students may request to participate in this coverage by opting in on Web Advisor before the enrollment deadline. 

**Graduate students in health sciences programs within the College of Science, Health and the Liberal Arts will be automatically enrolled in the Needlestick Policy. This policy provides insurance coverage should a student be exposed to blood borne pathogens. The annual policy will be billed in the fall semester. Students who have private coverage can waive this coverage via WebAdvisor.
