Title of Position:
Assistant Registrar

Full-time, 12 months

Office of the Registrar

2-3 years of experience working with student records in higher education. Knowledge of student record system software; experience with Datatel Colleague and Ad Astra is preferred.

Education Required:
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Conducts enrollment confirmation (i.e., check-in and attendance) for all terms and parts of term; orders, quality assures and mails diplomas for three graduations for the University; acts as primary liaison to Career Services for all internship courses for scheduling, faculty assignments and load, student registrations and for the Simplicity software implementation; runs the faculty load reports for all terms and parts of term, interfaces with MAOs and Provost’s Office for per-student payments; serves as the office’s web steward for web content, Registrar forms, course catalog (Spring), under supervision of Registrar and the academic calendar, including annual calendar creation, entry into Datatel, printing tri-fold, Web site maintenance, liaising with HR on dates relative to payroll cycle. Serves as the office super user of Adobe EchoSign.
