- Software Installations/re-installations (this includes operating systems)
- Memory Upgrades
- All Other Major and Minor Laptop Issues
 
Does Not Provide Support for:
 
- Access to Philadelphia University wired/wireless network and network resources. Please contact the Laptop Clinic or call the Technology Help Desk for support with Philadelphia University Resources.

Safeware - Accident Protection

Would you like coverage for your technology device if it is dropped or broken? If purchased Safeware covers accidental damage for technology devices. This includes drops, falls, cracked screens, liquid damage, mechanical failures, electrical failures, and more.

All you need to do is purchase a Safeware protection plan (before the accident) and it will be covered for up to the value of the plan.
